Seasonal Pests 

At Slobber Chops Dog Treats, we only use 100% Natural products with no preservatives or additives in any of our products.

Unfortunately, occasionally during the hotter seasonal months, nature’s pests can sometimes be attracted to 100% natural products.  Following the strictest food and storage controls set by Australian Food Authorities and our factory, sometimes we cannot prevent these unwelcome visitors.  Natural food products can be affected by weevil bugs.

 If by the minutest chance you ever find a weevil bug in the box or packaging of your product, we recommend placing your 100% natural product in the coolest part of your freezer to kill the weevil bug. The weevil bug is not harmful to humans and will not harm your pet if consumed.
