Returns
If we decide to accept your returned items, they must be in their original unopened packaging and original condition.
WeΒ DO ACCEPTΒ returns or refund in full, if itemsΒ have been shipped incorrectly or manufactured incorrectly by us and reported to us within 7 days.
We DO NOT accept returns or refund if you simply change your mind or have ordered incorrectly.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $120 (prior to GST), we recommend usingΒ a CarrierΒ serviceΒ with tracking number and purchase shipping insurance.Β

Β We don't offer *FREE Shipping to PO. Box or Parcel locker addresses from 18/4/23 due to the rising costs from third-party couriers. Please select the correct shipping method at checkout for your address. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box or parcel locker there will be a additional fee.Β Please select the correct one as we would like to avoid the embarrassment for us and you. Damaged Items: Is the item/s you receive becomes damaged or broken due to error, contact us immediately. We will require photo's of the damaged items including the box or bag. Once we receive photo evidence we will present it to the carrier and an assessment is made.Β
Gift Cards & FREE Shipping Deals: $50 , $80, $200 & $100 Gift cards can not be used with dog treat products to get free shipping deals as they are digital downloads.Β
