Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Our Rewards Program allows customers to earn points (“Paws”) for engaging with our store and making purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, subject to the terms below.

By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Points

Customers can earn Paws through the following actions:

  • Create an account (Sign up): 200 Paws

  • Celebrate a birthday: 200 Paws

  • Follow us on Instagram: 100 Paws

  • Review a product: 100 Paws

  • Place an order: 1 Paw for every 1 AUD spent

Points are credited to the customer’s account once the action is completed and verified.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards as follows:

  • Order discount: 100 Paws = 1 AUD

  • $5 AUD off coupon: 500 Paws

Rewards must be redeemed at checkout while logged into the account associated with the points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. General Conditions

  • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

  • Points cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

  • If an order is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account.

  • Rewards obtained through points may be revoked if we detect fraudulent activity or misuse of the program.

5. Expiry & Changes

  • Points do not have a cash value.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, including changing earning rates or redemption values.

  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
